NWA Trash Haulers' Terms & Conditions

2. Rental Agreement
By renting a dumpster from NWA Trash Haulers, you agree to:

  • Adhere to all rental terms specified at the time of booking.

  • Properly use the dumpster, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Timely payment of rental fees.

3. Use of Dumpster
You may NOT dispose of hazardous or prohibited materials in the dumpster, including but not limited to:

  • Batteries

  • Paint

  • Tires

  • Flammable substances

  • Chemicals

  • Asbestos Any violation of this policy may result in additional fees or legal action.

4. Rental Period

  • The rental period will be specified at the time of booking.

  • If you require an extension, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.

5. Payment

  • Full payment must be made before delivery or at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards and online payments.

  • Deposits may be required for certain rentals and will be refunded after compliance verification.

6. Delivery and Pickup

  • We will deliver the dumpster to the specified location on the agreed date.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the location is accessible and free of obstacles.

  • Pickup will occur on the agreed date, and any delay caused by inaccessible dumpsters may result in additional charges.

7. Liability

  • NWA Trash Haulers is not liable for any damages to property resulting from the delivery, placement, or removal of the dumpster.

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the site is suitable for dumpster placement.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold NWA Trash Haulers harmless from:

  • Claims

  • Damages

  • Expenses arising from improper use of the dumpster or violation of local regulations.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time for non-compliance with these terms.

  • No refunds will be issued in cases of violation.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • NWA Trash Haulers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

  • It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms.
